At ePaperZone, we understand that for a UPSC aspirant, time is the most valuable asset. Whether you have ordered a hard copy of a standard book, handwritten notes, or a digital PDF subscription, our goal is to get it to you as fast as possible.

Buying a PDF, E-Book, or Test Series? You don’t need to wait! Digital products are delivered instantly to your email and dashboard immediately after successful payment.

Physical Shipping (Books & Notes)

For physical study materials, we partner with India’s most reliable courier services (including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Indian Speed Post) to ensure your package reaches even the most remote corners of the country.

1. Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team verifies the stock and packs it securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 24-48 hours.
  • Pre-Orders: Dispatched on the release date mentioned on the product page.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Working Days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 5 – 7 Working Days
  • North East & Remote Areas: 7 – 10 Working Days (via Speed Post)

Shipping Charges

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for students.

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE Shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: A nominal fee of ₹60 – ₹100 applies depending on the weight of the books.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS with the Tracking ID and the Courier Partner’s name. You can track your package live to know exactly when your study material will arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am not available to receive the package?
Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you miss the delivery, they will call you. You can also ask them to drop it at a neighbor’s house or the security gate.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
We take great care in packing, but accidents happen. If your book is torn or damaged, please take a photo and email us at support@epaperzone.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
